Please read these terms carefully before using the VibeFlow Social Media Management Application. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not recommended to use the App.
2. Account Permissions
- You are required to login using your existing social media account to access the website's functionality.
- Users must provide their access token and enable the permissions needed for the app to function properly.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Use of the App
- The App is intended to assist users in managing social media accounts through features such as post scheduling, analytics, AI moderation, and account management.
- You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- VibeFlow's AI moderation tools are provided as an assistance layer — final publishing decisions remain your responsibility as the page administrator.
4. Intellectual Property
- The App and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of VibeFlow and its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without explicit written consent.
5. User Content
- Users may upload, submit, or post content to social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram only through the App.
- By doing so, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content.
6. AI Moderation Disclaimer
- VibeFlow uses multi-engine AI moderation (including OpenAI and Meta Llama 4 Scout) to screen submissions. While these systems are highly accurate, no AI system is infallible.
- VibeFlow and its operators are not liable for any content that passes AI moderation and is subsequently published by the page administrator.
- Admins retain ultimate responsibility for all content published on their pages.
7. Data Security
- We take reasonable measures to secure your data; however, we cannot guarantee the security of user data.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
8. Service Availability
- We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
